The staff at this location was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. The atmosphere was loud, and many employees appeared unhappy and disengaged. During check-in, Eliza came across as burned out and unfriendly. Her responses were short and unhelpful, which made the experience even more disappointing. Personally, I don't like Bastion Hotels. Maybe I expect too much, but when you pay for a service and don't get it, it makes you angry. Not here. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent staff. A nightmare

An absolute nightmare. I checked into the room and it was at 15 degrees. After three visits to the reception desk trying to get to the bottom of the problem I found out that I needed to turn the radiators on. I went back to my room and tried this but the hot water was off. Room was good, exept the bathroom was very small and not practically. Poor architect! Also not very clean!The entrance of the hotel was also not clean.
