My meetings were close to the airport so I appreciated the very convenient location, 500 meters from the terminal. I had a very pleasant experience at Amrath airport Hotel. When I checked in the reception staff were very polite and friendly. The lady even noticed on my passport that it was my birthday the following day and wished me a happy birthday . The location was good, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. That’s where the positives ended. On the advertisement on booking.com it states £16 per breakfast. We went for breakfast , there were 2 ladies working breakfast who were not interested in us , they were having a chat together. Poor services and they used my debit card for unnecessary charges, it’s a clear fraud of storing someone’s debit card details and using it without approval.I reported for the same and staff is not helpful at all.
