Helpful staff!
Extremely helpful staff. I left behind my bag with my passport. They were prompt with sharing an email that helped with my ferry boarding. Have stayed here before. Not much has changed. A very functional space (an old transformed factory or warehouse, with the beam steels having been integrated nicely in the design of the rooms and the buildings.) The rooms are large (high ceiling) and functional. There is a kettle and some coffee and tea supplies. A unique hotel within an old historic industrial building of Maastricht. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are nice. A big parking lot behind the building, however this might be the only small negative it is 17 euro per day (public parking). The location is perfect only 500 meters to downtown!!
