Clean hotel. Nice staff. Good location. It ends there and if you want sleep or relaxation, forget it. You can hear EVERYTHING, people walking by, talking normally, they might as well be in the room with you. People walking around in the room above you, walking in the corridors, you hear it all, even if they’re not talking. The only positives are the location, the pleasant decor in the room, and the bathroom which is relatively spacious although the fixtures are on the cheap side. Overall, the hotel offers a poor value. The room is tiny, barely enough space to place a small luggage and just enough for a person to walk to bed. We travel with a wheelchair, hoist and a lot of luggage as often on tour. The experience was extremely disappointing and overpriced. I believe the hotel suffers from fundamental management issues that could damage the reputation of the entire Crowne Plaza brand.I shared this detailed review with the hotel management and the IHG group management.
