I have used this hotel regularly for 15 years, everything is perfect except the evening meals which the hotel staff have no control of. Relatively new hotel, well managed and kept up, good, spacious and clean room, basic breakfast, conveniently located near main highway. Offers lunch packages for those going out for the day. I made a reservation 3 days ago. The reservation was confirmed. The day of the reservation, 1 hour before arriving it was cancelled. I redo it and it gets confirmed tuen after 2 hours it git cancelled again. Nobody picks up the phone and the call gets disconnected.I made a reservation 3 days ago. The reservation was confirmed. Good hotel for a business trip.The room was pretty good - size and a very nice shower. The room has a pod coffee machine which is a great idea, but why they don't leave it set-up - ready to go - is beyond me. First you have to plug it in - ok first world problem, but why not leave it plugged in? Then fill up with water, and then work out how to use it. Easy to reserve online, and exceptional support from Carmen in addressing how to get from Geleen-Lutterade train stop. 4th floor corner room was clean and comfortable…and very quiet ….spacious shower room! Great evening desert…took advantage of email free drinks offer! Enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast…plentiful choices and all were tasty!
