Don't book this hotel if you're in leiden!We had a poor experience in this hotel (at least compared for the price). We got a room with furniture from the 90s, the smell was bad especially in the bathroom it was terrible. When we went back to reception to inform them, the lady seemed annoyed (or somewhat irritated and unfriendly - at least that's what we felt). Very centrally located, couple of minutes walk to the train station, shops and bars. We were cycling through Leiden and it had ample good secure cycle storage. Room itself was ok, no ironing board so went out looking a bit unkempt. Main issue was that every time someone in the room next door moved you could feel it through the walls. Actually I don't have any complaints regarding this hotel. I think I received a rennovated room (t-rex room) which had a good room size and spacious bathroom. The room was also very clean.
