The hotel is situated right opposite the train station and a walking distance to most attractions. The room, as with other Ibis hotels, is very compact but most of the needed amenities are there. Although it's situated in a busy area, the room we stayed was quiet. We very much appreciate the reception staff who helped us store our food in their fridge as there is no fridge in our room. IBIS Leiden City Centre is perhaps one of the best IBIS hotels in the network. We spent two nights at this hotel.The location is great. It's very close to the train station, and many buses serve the station too.The hotel was clean and functional. Great location by the station. Friendly and helpful staff.Lost a star because - - The toilet was really high up! I'm 4'11", my feet were 4 inches off the floor. I actually have bruises from the seat. Couple of other niggles- The walls were really thin so if another guest slammed a door, it made a lot of noise. - Some TV channels did not work.- There was a wooden headboard, so a few extra pillows w… Great location by the station.
