I stayed in the hotel for just over a week. Check in was simple. Receptionists were friendly. Easy to extend my stay. Room was very clean and housekeeping were lovely and always offered to refresh my room regularly. Nice shower, good Wi-Fi, supermarket nearby for supplies. Overall really good. Only thing that could improve is the service is slow sometimes in the evening and only 1 staff doing ever… I stayed in the hotel for just over a week. Check in was simple. Receptionists were friendly. Easy to extend my stay. Room was very clean and housekeeping were lovely and always offered to refresh my room regularly. Nice shower, good Wi-Fi, supermarket nearby…

This is not the best decorated member of the Bastion group, and the price also reflects that. However it is well connected for public transport, the staff are all helpful and friendly, and it is well located in the suburbs on the Leiden and Voorschoten border.This is not the best decorated member of the Bastion group, and the price also reflects that. i took this hotel as my daughter lives nearby.it is not convenient if you are interested in being near the city center of leiden.as it is quite a long way to walk.in summertime it is convenient as there is a swimming pool nearby that is quite ok.i agree taht the corridors are a bit sinister and the shower basic.it is not a cheap hotel in any sense.i will however stay there as it is in a convenient… i took this hotel as my daughter lives nearby.it is not convenient if you are interested in being near the city center of leiden.as it is quite a long way to walk.in summertime it is convenient as there is a swimming pool nearby that is quite ok.i agree taht t…
