Check-in was easy by the super friendly staff. The hotel has two lifts.The room was decent. The bed was comfortable and had nightstands on each side. BUT there was only a power outlet on one side--not good for when two people want to charge devices at bedside. C'mon, Leonardo Hotels, get with the modern age on electronics! The room was very clean and organised. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was trying to get a room in Hengelo after midnight. The gentleman who let me in was very nice and helpful, and got me the room very fast. There was some snacks for free in the room as well.
