The hotel was incredibly dated and staff were rude and inconsiderate. The surrounding area is not that enticing, typical inner city location near a railway station. Cheap restaurants, litter and generally not a place to go. We had excellent communication in advance of our visit to ensure we could book early check in for a very reasonable cost.
