Excellent stay, high quality room and perfect setting

This hotel located in an amazing setting (see picture attached) in the heart of the city and has a very charming atmosphere. Railway station is in a short walking distance as well as good restaurants.The room was refurbished lately so that the furniture still smells new. Very high quality and quiet room, great comfort, polite and helpful staff.Breakfast choice and quality was phenomenal ! Old fashioned hotel

When we arrived at the hotel the whole hotel was renovating. I think that it should be mentioned when we booked the hotel. The hallway looks terrible with the wall opened for renovation. The safe and the fridge didn’t work in the room and the water didn’t go well with one of the sink. The toilet doesn’t have the air suction. It might be the charm to some people but whole building was old. You have to go through the restaurant to go out to the market side. On their site and the booking site it says that there is a shuttle bus to the airport but it turns out that there is none. Only good things were the restaurant and the location.The restaurant served the good dishes and the service was excellent. The hotel is at a very convenient location. Staff is friendly.Hotel rooms very, expensive, €245 for 1 night. You're paying for an old room with dingy carpet and outdated furniture. There is an old fashioned safe to be closed with a key, the key is missing. Hair on the salad

Ordered an “outsmijter” for a quick lunch in the restaurant, but found a disgusting hair in the accompanying salad. When I pointed this out to the waiter he said he’d tell the kitchen, but no offers to bring a new salad or to compensate otherwise were made. Great location, comfy beds , great service

We stayed in a twin room which was big enough.Windows were facing courtyard which was fine by me as I need my quiet.Beds were very comfortable ( I can be hard to please).Front desk team was amazing and always helpful.Food at the restaurant was not cheap but nice.Buffet breakfast was great!
