We were an evening drop in booking due to the weather and the staff could not have been more helpful. The lady on reception found us a family room and no complaints at all. Poor House Keeping and Tired Rooms

A beautiful hotel in a nice wooded location. Room was very nice and the food in the restaurant was very tasty too. Great location, friendly staff. But substandard sleeping equality: worn out matrasses,too haed pillows and no alternative pillows, duvet blankets too thin for winter, so you’re cold. Aircon dries you out at night. We had a junior suit, but in the searing/work/desk area there is no light so it’s not comfortable. Breakfast unnspiring and not great quality.
