No AC, Poor Ventilation, and Misleading Bathroom Photos

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.The biggest issue is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. During our stay, the outside temperature was around 30°C, making the room extremely hot. The only source of fresh air is a window that opens just 30–40 cm, which is nowhere near enough to cool the room or provide proper ventilation. Sleeping in these conditions was very uncomforta… I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.The biggest issue is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. 'Budget' friendly but a few problems

This hotel was exactly what I needed as I was exploring the local area and wouldn't be spending any time apart for rest at it.The service here was really good with staff always happy to help and provide assistance. Our room at the Campanile Hotel was comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk to many local sites. The rate was a good value. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The service was outstanding! On our first morning, we enjoyed the croissants and doughnuts, along with bacon, eggs, deli meats and cheese, fruit, yogurt and more. Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner who lives in NL & I travelled over from London The only reason we booked this hotel was because it was advertised as pet friendly however when my partner got there with his dog was told cannot stay as no longer pet friendly The lady at the desk who dealt with him was fine but i do believe guests should be made aware of this as it did hinder us both. We arrived late and upon checking our room, the shower in the bathroom didn't have any soap/shampoo/gel dispenser. I went down to the reception and the two staff members didn't understand that it was not a question of no soap but a question of no dispenser at all (they spoke good English). Since we had to go out for dinner, they promised to have it fixed in our absence.
