Steak ‘ossehaas’ was 2x not good at all

My mother had duo steak but one of the 2 steaks was not good. We got a new one and again the ‘ossehaas’ was again not good.For almost euro 35 this is not good at all. We got an apology but that’s all.The rest was okay ; therefore still a 3 in stead of a 5. One star — walked out at midnight. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The room was boiling hot. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. I opened the window just to get some air, but all I could smell was cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. It was unbearable.There was no proper bed, just a mattress dumped on the floor. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. I asked for help multiple times and got nothing but attitude. The welcome was good, the room spacious clean and well appointed. We had pre booked breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent . The choice for dinner was limited but the food was good. Unfortunately we had to leave on the Saturday morning before breakfast was being served. Lovely hotel, room was a good size, everything was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. A really good location for the rock 'n' roll weekender that we had drove from UK to attend and enjoy and we did.I do have one gripe though; what the heck is the con that they are doing with the drinks?
