If you value good customer service then avoid this hotel. Attempted for almost a week to resolve an issue directly with the hotel. Initially received absolutely no response whatsoever before finally receiving an abrupt message the day before I was due to travel. Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room though small was clean and comfortable, the hairdryer had been taken and the fridge wasn't working when we got there, but the fridge as fixed as soon as we mentioned it. The food was not good and the service was very slow, as part of a coach party, I think we were treated as second class citizens. Terrible hotel claiming to be 4 star. A 2 star rating would be more appropriate.
Clean but very small twin room. Nowhere to store suitcases. Only enough room for one person to move around at any one time. The other person had to sit on their bed.Plug had been stolen off the fridge, was replaced when notified to reception. Best place to stay in MADE, good parking, nice rooms, friendly/helpful staff, the restaurant for an evening meal is superb, water pressure is good, nice beds, easy parking, the only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast offering, it is not so delicious.
