Terrible in so many ways, I had asked for a corporate rate for regular travel and have not received any response. After chasing got a 15% discount rate and was booked in a cubicle room. I made a booking with my credit card details so I informed her she could charge me everything at the moment of check-in.The morning of check-out the lady at the reception was not so friendly, was in a bad mood, didn’t believe me that everything was paid and informed me no credit… Our check-in experience went fine, we had a friendly girl working at the reception who was correct and did her job well.
