I stay in this hotel in a regular basis. Upon check in I was told the hotel was fully booked, and that my upper floor was not available. Instead, I was put in a room on the ground floor of the hotel. I would relieve extra points for compensation. While I was only in the hotel for a short amount of time (late check in, early checkout), my room had illogical charging points. Stayed for 2 nights, onsite parking can be difficult to locate but there were plenty of spaces. Hotel was clean but has no atmosphere, “free” breakfast was hit and miss. Another good stay, however with a couple points of feedback. As I was arriving from an international business trip, I emailed ahead to the hotel that I would be late due to a flight delay. This email was never replied, while the hotel usually is very responsive via email. Once there, the person checking me in was either new or very inexperienced. No mention of my status, or amenities.
