I stayed here on a business trip to Maputo and enjoyed my experience. The location is excellent and nearby to both business and plenty of restaurants. The food in the hotel is also of exceptional quality. The best part of the rooms is the view over the water. Yes, the views are great, and the rooms spacious, but the place is just unfriendly and impersonal. When you walk in, the receptionist doesn't greet you, and the reception area is just so confusing! It's not clear where to go, and we were not told we needed to use a card to activate the lift??? There was no information in the bedroom, and my room had some very old past their sell by date flowers in… Yes, the views are great, and the rooms spacious, but the place is just unfriendly and impersonal. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Great wi-fi as well. Food in the restaurant is ok. Some of the staff at reception was not very friendly. In my opinion, this is a great hotel and I will return.
