Great location, some 15 walking minutes to the seaside and the civic center. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Rooms are clean and modern, however the quality of the furniture really isn't upscale as you would expect, considering the pricing. Great view onto the harbor from the 14th floor, really enjoyed it. After a poor experience we wrote to the MD Antonio de Fonseca. He called and was was very apologetic. He explained that he has trouble getting staff to accept responsibility.
