My stay at Tivoli Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained — several lights were not working, the toilet handle was loose, and not all the plugs functioned. The breakfast was dreadful, and based on that, I did not even dare to try dinner. This place is nowhere near the standard it claims to be and feels more like a 1-star hotel at best. Stayed here for 2 nights on A business trip. The hotel is centrally located which is good, for services I will rate average, the staff were very helpful, I got to the hotel without my suitcase as my airline left it at my last transit. The staff at the hotel helped me find a store to get some emergency clothes and also get a new calling sim.
