Gem in the Marrakech!

Very good location for exploring the Medina and the Jemaa el Fnaa. Very nice people and the Riad was comfortable with AC in the rooms. Also a very nice breakfast to help get you going. Great advice on restaurants and how to catch a cab to the airport. 1000 % recommend.

I stayed at this riad in October, and from my side, it gets the highest rating. Mustafa and the entire staff are available to guests day and night, the breakfast is rich, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is tidied up every day. The view is dreamlike, as is the tranquility of this riad, where you can only hear the birds and the calls to prayer. I will definitely return. Congratulations to everyone!

Dishonest reservation practices

5 days before our arrival and 5 minutes before the end of the refundable period of our confirmed reservation (Booking.com) they asked us to cancel it because they had overbooked their rooms. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the message! A confirmed reservation made 6 weeks ago. An absolute disgrace ahead of a heavily booked period for Marrakech. I guess because they booked it for more outside of booking. com. I didn’t know that it was possible with a confirmed reservation by Booking.com, now I know and I am letting you know…

This was our first time in Morocco, we stayed from Dec 7th 22 - Dec 10th 22 , 3 nights. The Riad Granvilier was truly authentic with excellent bedrooms and facilities. The staff could not do more to ensure we enjoyed out stay. Would certainly recommend, excellent location for the main square and souks. Thank you....

We have just returned from spending 7 nights at this Riad and could not praise it too highly. It is reasonably priced, we had breakfast every day and an evening meal most nights, which were excellent. It’s location is quiet but central and the staff could not do enough for us.
