Location

The hotel is centrally located in the residential area of l'Hivernage, just a 2-minute walk from Avenue Mohammed V with its many restaurants, bars, nightlife options and shops and shopping centres housing countless international brands. The famous Jemaa el Fnaa Square is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, as are the souks, Menara Gardens and the Majorelle Garden. The train station on Avenue Hassan II is approximately 1 km from the hotel, Bab Doukkala bus station is around 1.5 km away and guests will find links to the public transport network just 500 metres from the hotel. The beach in Essaouira is around 3 hours' drive, and the Oukaimeden ski area is approximately an hour and a half by car. Marrakech-Menara airport is just 3 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 50 rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet.
