    Not a 5 star hotel as advertised, I would give it 3 stars. Staff could be more friendly. Infinity pool cold but well kept. Staff need to brush up on

    This is the worst hotel I have been to in a long time. Breakfast is awful, dinner is worse. Rooms are old and smell funny, ventilation is noisy. Hotel staff is extremely rude, I cannot stress enough...

    The rooms are quite large including the bathroom the bed is firm and the room is very clean it could do with a little maintenance but nothing excessive and there were limited toiletries available in...

    This is a classic too big to care hotel. Might be good for the tour groups who are willing to fit into the rules but as soon as you need something even slightly out of the norm it's an issue...
