Small Things Missing
Location was walking distance to the Medina and other restaurants. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff was great and very helpful. Small things missing is the only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars. Breakfast was just ok with minimal choices; rooms had minimal storage for clothes; and there was no where to hang your town when showering. Overall a very nice stay. Disappointed
I am utterly shocked for how this hotel earned officially 5 stars in a beautiful country like Morocco, known for its high standard of hospitality. The ranking of 5 stars of this hotel proves some kind of corruption to get this number of stars without merit. Nice and friendly staff
Spacious rooms and good beds. Nice common areas. Dinners and breakfast ok however did run out of food all the time. They refilled if you asked for it. No refill of water or teabags during your stay. Not a 4-star hotel. Atlas Essaou… Spacious rooms and good beds. Nice common areas. Dinners and breakfast ok however did run out of food all the time. Not up to 5 stars
We stayed here for 5 nights after staying in an amazing Riad in Marracesh and found it to be rather souless. The bathroom area was dissapointing with cracked tiles around the shower. We were never informed of the building work thet was going on which made being by the pool uncomfortable with the constance noise of jack hameringArriving for breakfast at 8.30 to find that they had run out of yoghurt!… We stayed here for 5 nights after staying in an amazing Riad in Marracesh and found it to be rather souless. The bathroom area was dissapointing with cracked tiles around the shower.
