I hate leaving negative reviews, but our experience was well below what you’d expect from a 4-star resort, and I want to share an honest account for other families looking to book. ?The main issue for us was the standard of hygiene, especially around food and drink. We had an amazing time. There's always something to do, you could never get bored. The animation team are great. The shws and dances are very impressive.
