The hotel is situated high up on the hills overlooking the ocean. It’s location gives great views of the sea and the sunsets but it’s a short bus trip to the sea and the sister Hyatt Regency hotel. It’s a taxi ride to nearby towns and restaurants. We found the location wasn’t ideal for us as we were too dependent on the hotel unless we wanted to get the bus / taxi elsewhere. My experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially considering it was supposed to be a five-star establishment. The dining facilities did not meet expectations. The plates were not properly washed, and many of them had broken corners. The food was tasteless and of poor quality. During my five-night stay, I chose not to eat for three of those nights. I just spent 10 days in the hyatt place taghazout hotel and everything was great, whether it was food, rooms or service...
