We stayed from 1st-12th June and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great wide variety of food across each meal (which is good considering my partner is extremely fussy). Hotel is quite tucked away but taxis can be ordered through reception and will wait for you the entire day saving you having to get into another taxi. Lots of choices for excursions we done the quad biking, sand boarding and hot air balloon… We stayed from 1st-12th June and thoroughly enjoyed it. A very relaxing week at a great hotel.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the receptionist who changed our room after the first night as we didn't like being on the ground floor. All areas exceptionally clean and well maintained. Enjoyable stay!
Stayed here for 10 nights. I don’t understand the criticism and bad reviews this hotel has received. Yes, it is not perfect but we both had a very good time here and the hotel was amazing. We would 100% come back.Hotel - The hotel grounds were enormous and the hotel itself was so nice! I couldn’t fault it. Filthy, avoid this hotel !
At first the hotel looks aesthetically pleasing until you look closer ! We arrived to our room where we found the patio door didn’t lock, we phoned reception twice to arrange maintenance to come sort it which we waited for over an hour till someone arrived whilst wanting to go for dinner.
