As a solo woman surfer I stayed one night on my way between airport and surf retreat and I felt totally safe and looked after. No airport shuttle but breakfast was included and make sure you buy water beforehand as they don’t provide any drinking water in the room. It was so nice of the concierge to go out at night and purchase some water for me. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the location is convenient, just five minutes from the beach! but the staff situation needs a complete overhaul.When we arrived, the young man at the reception didn't bother to explain anything about pool hours, breakfast, or other standard details; he simply demanded payment of the tax.
