Went here at half term and had a great first time in Morocco. The hotel is a mixed bag. The general look is good,tho odd bits are outdated like the sign outside. The hotel is close to the beach which is clean and appealing,with blocked paved wide walkways. The rooms are of a good standard and cleaned every day with a bottle of water left,there is a free safe as well as adequate storage. On last day of a week's holiday here ( was here in Oct/Nov last year) Arrived at 12 room wasn't ready till 2.30 also had this problem last year when we had booked the premium package. The hotel has apparently been taken over since our last visit. Some of the staff are rude but the others make up for it. Room is nice , clean and spacious. A great holiday and would definitely go back
We had a lovely room overlooking the ocean. Breakfast and lunch were fine in hotel but we ate out every evening as dining room had a bit of a canteen feel about it, not a lot of ambience. Ok, where to begin?! Family trip, 2 adults 2 teens; made up of me/mum and my 3 children. Due to our flight times we didn't arrive until after 22.30, check in was simple enough, some paperwork, pay the tourist tax, key cards and then we were helped to our rooms. Stay away, it’s terrible.
