This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, our room was filthy, the customer service was poor. We arrived from the airport at 12noon they told us we had to wait until 3pm to go to the room as check-in time was 3 so we had to sit around with our bags for a whole 3 hours. No aircon at this hotel
Be aware there is NO Aircon in the rooms. The temperature was between 33 and 40 degress and was surprised that they didnt have this or any access to fans. As you can imagine in these temperatures it was hard to sleep at night. The rooms are very basic no hair dryer, no iron . The shower head was broken in my room and the tv didnt work. Worst experience ive ever had!@ avoid ! Hotel staff came into our room while I was in the shower to retrieve a safe, dirty, uncooked food, unsafe, ended up i hospital on return home, didn't feel safe at all ! Had to order in every night ! Brilliant for less than £50 a night all inclusive. Room was good but no aircon, beer was San Miguel, Food - I always managed to eat, the lamb was lovely. The staff on the whole were pleasant and helpful and you might have to wait a moment but you always a get a drink. Animation team were fantastic.
