Staff at reception were very welcoming and informative. We were supposed to have a deluxe room but it was very basic. The bathroom needed a good clean. The restaurant was really disorganised on our first night and we and others had to wait over 40 mins for just a main meal. Then my chicken burger was only like warm. Staff weren’t attentive or friendly.Breakfast was limited but ok.Pool area was goo… Staff at reception were very welcoming and informative. Lovely staff, so helpful. Breakfast was fine, small but most bases covered! Bed was comfortable and shower good. I got a super cheap deal, and would agree that it’s more three than four star, but the food available is excellent and pool area well maintained.
