We stayed in the junior suite room on the 1st floorThe staff were all very friendly and nice to interact with. The room on the other hand was completely run down, had ants everywhere, and was clearly not cleaned as well as it should’ve been. There were stains on lots of couch cushions and curtains around the room. VERY RACIST. I had an extremely distressing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it, particularly to families or anyone who is not Moroccan.We had paid for an extra sofa bed and were told at check-in that it would be provided as soon as possible. When I checked in and was given my room I discovered that it did not have a balcony which was what I had booked.
