  SERIOUS INJURY & MISCONDUCT

  My 2 year old niece was walking in the hotel breakfast quarters and tripped whilst holding a plate which broke and caused a deep laceration to her hand.   So this is going to be an honest review as this was not the hotel that we booked to stay in. Our original booking was for Al Moggar where we have stayed many times but it has now been closed for major renovations so were were moved to Anezi Towers through Love Holidays.   Friendly, lovely views and good value for money

  Perfect location. Staff so friendly from the bar man to front of house reception staff and animation team all couldn’t do enough for us. Pool area and hotel reception lovely and clean. Yes the rooms are dated we booked a standard double room without balcony got given a block C apartment partial sea view. Apartment was clean cleaners in with fresh towels daily.
