Road side hotel with very odd customer service.
I stayed at this hotel last October and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Firstly, the hotel is located at the side of the motorway, which is fine if you drive, but not if you are dependent on public transport and walking. Sadly, when we arrived the pool was empty, and there was a big Spanish communion party in full swing, which took up the entire attention of the staff. We felt like second-class citizens rather than guests, especially as the party meant that we could not even sit in the shady garden by the cordoned-off pool.
