Great food, friendly staff and perfect for a work stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff.They were helpful in allowing me to move rooms when I was put onto Night Shift.Restaurant was really good, great choices and everything tasted so nice.Kevin, one of the waiters was awesome. He spoke really good English which was a great bonus for me (no Spanish) and was able to make recommendations and explain things to me 👍🏻

Comfortable stay at Hampton inn

I stayed at the hotel for almost 4 months as I was there for PEMEX Refinery start up.Entire hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We are grateful to all staff like Mitch, Mike Darium, Naye Nelly, Lupita, Salina , Pablo, and above Zair and Franando

I just want to say the only reason I choose to stay at this hotel is because of the amazing customer service. The ladies at the front desk have went above and beyond to help this American with his poor, Spanish speaking skills. I’m forever grateful for them. Also, the waiters/waitresses are very friendly. Pool/restaurant is nice and housekeeping does a a great job. Thank you Hampton Inn!! The worst experience with water

I was staying there and suddenly the water came black ! And told the staff my problem and they not even said sorry or changed me the room as a first response. They just told me they had report the problem. It is unacceptable to be in an hotel where the water you brush your teeth with they can’t have control of it.

My stay at the Hampton was awesome I enjoyed the free breakfast the bar the fitness center And it's excellent Precor equipment Although I didn't swim the pool was very clean And the service of the staff was amazing
