Rude front desk clerk. Wifi is very weak. Had off and on connection during my whole stay, so if you need wifi connection constantly, not for you. I asked to have my room changed and I was denied. Breakfast was decent. Location was good. A mall right across the hotel.

The hotel is very new. It looks nice and very clean, though the room was very very tiny. It’s confusing to get there, we got lost a couple of times but overall we had an okay stay. I would not recome the eating at their buffet. The food was sooo bad, very low quality ingredientes. They had scrambled eggs with hot dogs and the dish was so watery almost like a soup. Chilaquiles were ok, but they’re made out of bagged tortilla chips, not freshly fried tortillas but they had good flavor. I would suggest bringing them out without condiments, there are a lot of people that are lactose intolerant and unfortunately they had sour cream and cheese all over. Also I don’t like onions, and everything was on them. The sweet bread was very cheap, probably the worst I’ve ever had. They should Invest in serving better food, even if they have to raise their prices. Mexico has amazing food, they can definitely improve on that. It was our first time staying at this hotel. It was an excellent choice! Hotel is very clean. Check in was fast and the attendant was friendly. There are many stores in the area and it’s very safe. I will be staying here again.

I was a very nice place to stay but I’m very disappointed that the hotel Sleep Inn would make my information public. Right after my stayed I started to get phone calls for internet services and the only place that had my cell number was them and you I’m not very happy that a business like sleep Inn needs to be making my personal information public. The hotel is only a few months old and they keep it clean. Very courteous people helping in every way they can. The breakfast is good and they keep it going even after the official time says it is over.
