I have stayed here a few times in order to take care of Tijuana odds and ends that keep me coming back.The room itself was good. The layout was nice and the wifi worked very well. Very dirty and bad customer service

Pros: our room was big and modern.Cons: very dirty blankets, pillows, walls, restroom and basically entire room. Blankets were extremely thin.The window shade fell right of. CustomerService was terrible.Parking was terrible.I would defenitely not recommend this place. Im going to use this place again for sure. Easy access. Good restaurants nearby. Everything worked. the place was very clean. I slept very well on the beds. Blue Luna next door was very convenient and was better than our Starbucks at home.
