Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this 4-star resort lies in Playa del Carmen, right on the sandy beach. There are a number of shops nearby. Cancun (CUN) Airport is approximately 60 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 196 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (for a fee). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Overall, I would say the resort is just okay.  Food is nothing special although they did have a really great dinner on New Year's Eve. The entertainment staff does their best. There is a swim-up bar...
