Location

This hotel is located nearby one of the most charming towns of the Mexican Caribbean, Playa del Carmen, and lies adjacent to the famous beaches of Playacar, renowned for their spectacular white sand and crystal clear waters. The nearby town is an ideal place for relaxing and shopping, where guests will also find links to the public transport network. The hotel is additionally only an hour from Cancún airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 96 single rooms and 283 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. With jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes 3 restaurants and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
