Location

This luxury hotel lies right next to the beach on the Mayan Riviera. The Maya ruins may be reached on foot from the hotel. The centre of Playa del Carmen is 32 km from the hotel and it is some 90 km to Cancun airport.

Facility

504 junior suites are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 9 auxiliary buildings. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
