Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, this beach hotel is built on 180 ha of tropical jungle. The centre of Playa del Carmen is around 25 km from the hotel, while the city of Cancún is 20 min away on public transport and Xcaret Eco Park is roughly 30 min. The spa complex is approximately 25 min south of Cancún International Airport.
Guests have a choice of 171 rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock.
