Location

The hotel is located on the Riviera Mayan about 15 min north of Playa del Carmen, with its restaurants, bars, exciting nightlife and shopping opportunities. Links to public transport can be found 15 min from the hotel. The hotel is located on the beachfront overlooking the azure waters of Mexico's beautiful Mayan Riviera. Cancún International Airport is 35 min away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 979 rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

With water aerobics or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, table tennis and billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine in 6 restaurants, which feature high chairs for children and air conditioning. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch (as a buffet) and dinner (a buffet, à la carte and a set menu) offer something for everyone. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands and house favourite brands.
