Location

This charming Mexican hotel has a stunning beach caressed by the beautiful lapping waters of the Caribbean. It is set on the best beach of the Riviera Maya, in natural, spectacular surroundings, just 2 km from the centre of Puerto Aventuras and Xpu-Ha beach and 15 km from Xcaret. It is 25 km from Playa del Carmen, 35 km from Tulum, 85 km from Cancún and 75 km south of Cancún International Airport.

Facility

Units include 742 junior suites and 14 suites located in a 3-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.
