Location

This exclusive beach hotel is located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. The location is Mexican style, amidst tropical vegetation and directly on a beautiful long sandy beach with turquoise blue sea. The Hacienda Dona Isabell village belongs to the complex and offers many entertainment facilities. Links to the public transport system can be found nearby. From here, guests are able to take the bus to Playa del Carmen. In the immediate vicinity, a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars in plenty, nightclubs and extensive entertainment venues are available. Tulum is around 20 minutes away by car and the Maya temple, a further 20 minutes away. Playa del Carmen is around 35 minutes from the hotel and Cancún airport 90 minutes.

Facility

The complex has 1296 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The location of the resort makes it a great choice for snowboarders. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 2 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Full board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.
