Lousy everything... Nothing recommended, could not make the change of room for one of two beds, we were charged for both rooms, do not offer food with cost, only have a basic goods store, no bottles of water, there is kitchen but there are neither dishes to heat or glasses,., dirty floor have no lobby or a room in case you arrive before the recommended chek in zero Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.com.mx. I used twins, but the room is large and has a kitchen sink, so it helped me stay with friends without having to monopolize the bathroom with washing my face and brushing my teeth.Showers were fine. But the bed comforter is as thin and cold as a sheet. I don't have a hairdryer. And the walls were thin, and I could hear the whole sound of the hallways and neighboring rooms, which was enough to wake me up.That's a good price. "My relative is staying and tells me that the service is very good, but she found the room with a dirty floor, and when she reported it, the maid went to the room but was giving her the mop so that she could clean what she was supposed to clean herself. It must have been clean by now, from then on, everything was very good." Very good. The work has helped me a lot! And I really liked the gym too. In fact, it is my first time in Querétaro, and the hotel left me a good impression with the stay I had.I congratulate you and I would gladly come back to stay and I recommend it.
