Guests have a choice of 271 rooms, including 261 junior suites and 7 suites, located in a 10-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The pleasantly warm water of the pool complex, which includes 3 outdoor and indoor pools, guarantees comfortable swimming. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities such as cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, golf, archery and fishing or, for a fee, horse riding, are offered at the resort. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, banana boat rides, sailing and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, yoga and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.
Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The two 7 restaurants are known for their attentive service and delicious food (with separate areas for smokers). All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
