This hotel is located in the northern area of Puerto Vallarta, in the safest and most exclusive quarter that is ideal for business travellers. The lively harbour is just a few metres away and the town centre with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. We had all inclusive option. The food was terrible. The food handling practices were even worse. Also there was never hot water. Service was okay but not great. Nice grounds and pool. Okay for a few nights but don't eat there…

Get what you pay for
No hot water, tv not working, horribly kept rooms, we only needed 3 rooms for 1 night and that was all we could take. Customer service was "fair" at best
