Terrible experience
We had a terrible experience at Selena. Had 4 rooms reserved and they could only find one in their system. We had to hassle for 2 hours to finally get some partial resolution *for one night* out of the four we had reserved. Their take was “we’ll refund you for the other rooms” while declining to assist us in any other way. Extremely Unprofessional Staff. Don’t stay here!
Don’t know where to begin when the front desk female ask once I entered what do you need? As I begin to say I’m checking in she says we don’t have reservations available. We didn’t even get them a reservation number so how would she know? Long story short we weren’t the only couple where they said we don’t have any of your reservations. Total of 6 couples.
