Do not stay here! Arrived today for a wedding came back from dinner opened the bed and surprise! A stain on the sheets, and pubic hair on the pillow! Told the guy in the front desk and came to my room his answer was they probably did not change the sheets sorry….

Rooms are small (the square footage does not meet the real size). We booked a balcony room, those are only available to the busy main street. Super loud, even at night. The balcony doors do not close properly, so it was like being on the street level with an open window! We moved from the 2nd to the 4th floor. Is was a bit better, still the door didn't close. PLUS - as this is a pet friendly hotel (which I really appreciate)- the next two rooms where with dogs who were left alone all day (approx from 7.30am-7pm). Means barking all the time when we were in the room, ....if one of the dogs stopped, the other started. Unacceptable! Not sure of the hotel staff talked to the owners.We will not come back here, that's for sure

Restaurant, "Mi Viejo Cafe," is a separate business colocated in hotel.Hotel does not offer laundry service despite advertising otherwise. Reception staff not helpful. Hotel is 1/2 mile from center. Room is cell sized.

This hotel was a good choice for our short stay. Although it is located on frequent street (our room was overlooking the main street), it is well located, walking distance from the historical part of Puebla. It's interior is very nice, rooms are modern and the breakfast was very various and very good. I recommend staying in this hotel.

In our last visit to Puebla we stayed in this hotel. It is located in the historical district of the city and very easy to walk all over the "downtown." The building is a mix of new and old. I believed all rooms have a king bed and a twin bunk bed. Our young boys loved the bunk beds and the view of the volcano from the elevator. The food was very tasty and well priced. if you are looking for a hotel that is clean, with friendly and helpful personal at a very reasonable price this is worth to look at.
