We reserved a larger suite with a small kitchen and found the room very comfortable. The AC cooled and the shower had good pressure and warm water. Only one elevator was working and during busy times it took some time to get an elevator with room in it. We used the stairs but we were only on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was adequate. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty and substantious .Management shows that they got it together. 4th visit to Puebla and this hotel. Breakfast was always good with plenty of selection. The room was quiet and had a functioning air conditioner - a rarity in these environmentally anxious days. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure - not like the garden mister shower heads some other hotels use that is sort of like showering in a thick fog.
