    We reserved a larger suite with a small kitchen and found the room very comfortable. The AC cooled and the shower had good pressure and warm water. Only one elevator was working and during busy times it took some time to get an elevator with room in it. We used the stairs but we were only on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was adequate. We stay at this hotel every time we're in town and it's a good hotel. We occasionally get a day pass at the hotel next door to use its outdoor pool but this time that hotel was too busy to issue day passes. The Holiday Inn Express has a small indoor pool. A washer and dryer worked well. The elevator required the room key card which we found a little excessive. If you have friends on another floor I doubt your room card will allow the elevator to access other floors.Parking is right next door and usually has ample room.

    Service is great! They offer free breakfast with different options every day. Room are very clean. Room is very comfortable. Staff are always ready and willing to help. They offer fresh squeezed juices, coffee, and a great selections of teas.     Great place to either just hang out or enjoy a long stay. The chef came out and checked everything.

    We enjoyed our stay. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty and substantious .Management shows that they got it together. We will definitely come back. Chef Mari, come out and greet us.Alira the supervisor made sure everything was taken care of. Noe was our waiter and was very attentive and helpful.     4th visit to Puebla and this hotel. Breakfast was always good with plenty of selection. The room was quiet and had a functioning air conditioner - a rarity in these environmentally anxious days. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure - not like the garden mister shower heads some other hotels use that is sort of like showering in a thick fog. All staff were super friendly and helpful.
